Khan el Khalili, Cairo: a Market, a Fruit seller and a Shisha

Khan el Khalili Bazaar, a street market in Cairo from the 14th century, is one of the most extraordinary places to visit. There’s a story in every corner. There are 2 sides to this market, the local and the tourist side. I wandered into the local streets. There was a constant bombardment of all senses – visual, audio, olfaction – a true, authentic microcosm.
